B | “杭州是一座特别包容、有温度的城市。”她说这话时，眼里有光。刚到这座城市时，她人生地不熟，有些孤单。一次偶然的机会，她走进了钱塘区退休干部职工大学，被这里丰富多彩的课程、优秀的师资力量深深吸引，从此生活翻开了新的一页。茶艺、太极、朗诵，岳洪梅在学校里把感兴趣的课程上了个遍，儿子调侃她“退休了比上班时还忙”。她对儿子说：“这里的课程不但全部免费，还时常给学员提供上台表演、展示自我的平台，弥补了我年轻时没时间学习兴趣爱好的遗憾，丰富了我的老年生活。”岳洪梅在考取了初级茶艺师技能证书后，还在杭州茶艺博物馆和社区活动中当起了志愿者。
C | “学习考证这个东西，不一定是为找工作，也可以为社会作贡献。”今年，钱塘区退休干部职工大学对标国家职业技能等级标准，将茶艺、花艺等特色课程全面升级，满足辖区内6.2万名企业退休人员的需求。从报考指导到考前辅导，学校提供全程“一站式”服务，还把辅导课堂搬进专业工作室，让学员在模拟考试环境中打磨实战能力。“让老年人不仅学得会，更要用得上。”钱塘区退休干部职工大学有关负责人表示，课程改革不仅为了满足精神文化需求，更希望帮老年人掌握一技之长，为继续参与社会服务、灵活就业创造更多机会。
D | 近年来，钱塘区持续擦亮“银耀钱塘”企退文化品牌，不断拓展退休人员参与社会治理的平台，助力“夕阳红”焕发光彩。目前全区已构建起“1个区级大学+7个街道学苑”的老年教育网络。去年，钱塘区退休干部职工大学共开设17门课程，培训学员750人次。
